Along with the completion of expanding domestic oil refineries affiliated to China Petrochemical Corporation (“Sinopec Group” for short) from the second half year of 2009, China Certification and Inspection Group’s (GZESL’s) export volume of refined oil has gradually increased, especially to the South-East Asian regions. China Certification and Inspection Group Singapore Co., Ltd (GZESL Singapore Co., Ltd) timely seizes the opportunity for development, closely keeps the pace with the customer, and enhances the corporation with sister companies at home to provide Sinopec Group with excellent and efficient services for its export business of refined oil via deploying the inspection and testing network at major internal ports, supplying technical supports such as operation and test plans for oil blending.

As of end of March, 2010, GZESL Singapore Co., Ltd has already provided the inspection and testing services for 85 batches of diesel and fuel oil totaling 1.25 million tons of export refineries in Tianjin, Shanghai, Qingdao, Ningbo, Maoming and Zhanjiang, which are affiliated to UNIPEC Singapore Pte Ltd. Therefore, GZESL Singapore Co., Ltd also becomes the primary supplier of inspection and testing services for the Sinopec Group to export refined oil to the South East regions.
